Service Maintenance
Introduction
For customers:1. Protect the electric vehicle from damage of the water over the center of the motor or controller. Be sure to unlock the vehicle before use.
2. The most perfect power combination is that of manpower and electricity power, which can both reduce the effort and save the electricity. Pedal the vehicle to start, twist the handlebar in the run and use both when go up the bridge, uphill or be against the wind with heavy load.
3. The right doing to the batteries is that charging them each time you've ridden it no matter how far you ride it. Don't have to wait the batteries to be used out completely to charge them.
4. Don't do the dangerous operation. For example, when charge the vehicle, please don't have any goods cover the charger. Charger should be lied aside in the ventilation to prevent liquid and metal grains entering into it. Avoid the depreciation and hit in order not to create damage.
5. If not for the sake of security, try not to stop or start the vehicle as frequently as possible in order to save the electrical energy.
About maintenance:
1. The time gap for maintenance can't be long. Carry on a maintenance of the vehicle every 6 months generally to lubricate the transmission parts to avoid rust, reinforce each kind of part and adjust the spokes accordingly.
2. Please pay attention not to charge the batteries with other brand charger. Different brand charger matches different kinds of batteries. Only the matching charger can achieve the best charge effect.
3. In service, any parts related to the motor, batteries, control system or charger, should be serviced at the special service center. Don't disassemble them casually.
4. Check the tire pressure and inflate the tire immediately if not sufficient. In not sufficient case, vehicle runs hard and consumes more energy and shortens running distance. Tire should be inflated each 2 or 3 month.
5. Pay attention to the vehicle whether it is in good order or not. Check the brakes work well, the entire vehicle doesn't have a different sound, screws don't become less crowded and batteries are charged sufficiently.
The scope and time limit of "3 package" warranty for Kingday brand electric vehicles:
Four main parts for electric vehicles
1. If ride the vehicle in normal condition and find lead acid batteries 10-14Ah can't work normally as the result of the batteries' quality itself, within 6 months from the date of purchase, batteries can be replaced; if lead acid batteries 10-14Ah can't be repaired as the result of the batteries' quality itself, within 6-12months from the date of purchase, batteries can be replaced. Lead acid batteries 17Ah can't work normally as the result of the batteries' quality itself, within 5 months from the date of purchase, batteries can be replaced; if lead acid batteries 17Ah can't be repaired as the result of the batteries' quality itself, within 5-10 months from the date of purchase, batteries can be replaced. (only for Kingday company's battery)
2. Controller and charger break down in a year and have been repaired but can't work normally, they can be replaced.
3. For brushless motor (within 5 years for the date of purchase) or brush motor (within 2 years), if its bearing breaks, its crust is damaged, its cover cracks, the entire motor burns out and the magnet steel falls off, the motor can be repaired or replaced.
Spare parts for electric scooters (or electric bikes)
1. Within half a month from the date of purchase, if sand pins or air leakage found, tire can be replaced. (with the exception of the one repaired by the customers themselves)
2. Within 3 months, if there are cracks in or blowout of the tires, tires can be replace.

5. Within half a year, parts such as front axle, middle axle, freewheel, crank, chain wheel and rim, are found cracked, split, distorted and can't be repaired, the parts can be replaced. (with the exception of the one damaged by force outside)
6. Within half a year, the painted parts are falling off and the damaged area is over 3cm2, the painted parts can be replaced. (with the exception of scratches made by the customers on purpose)
7. Within half a year, galvanized parts such as handlebar, rim, crank and chain wheel are falling off and the damaged area is over 1cm2, the galvanized parts can be replaced. (with the exception of ones resulting from incorrect storage)
8. Within a year, electronic instrument, twist grip throttle and relay break down because of the quality itself and can't work after being repaired, they can be replaced.
9. Within a year, wheel breaks down because of the quality itself and can't work after being repaired, it can be replaced.
10. Within 2 years, body frame, front fork and handle bar are found unsoldered, broken and can't work after being repaired, they can be replaced. (with the exception of the ones resulting from the hitting by force outside or by the heavy bumping, but we can help to repair the parts and material costs are charged)
Electric Motorcycles
1. Under the normal service condition, if lead acid batteries 20Ah can't work as the result of the quality itself within 3 months, batteries can be replaced; if batteries can't be repaired as the result of the quality itself within 3-6months, batteries can be replaced. (only for Kingday company's battery)
